"UNGU BAND"
Ungu is an Indonesians band. Its members are Pasha (vocalist), Enda (guitarist), Onci (guitarist), Makki (bass), and Rowman (drummer). This band was formed in September 1996 and has changed the formation for few times.
Ungu in Indonesian is a name of color. The name of Ungu was chosen because it refers to simple but elegance. This color itself is a compound of some colors, so does this band. Here some musicians work together to create beautiful music.
The music of Ungu Band is pop progressive. The personnel write their own songs. They have already released four albums. The first album entitled Laguku was released in 2002. They released the second album Tempat Terindah in 2003 and the third album Melayang in 2005. In 2007, they released the fourth album named Untukmu Selamanya. They also released religious albums. The first one is SurgaMu in 2006 and the second one is Para Pencari Mu in 2007. Some oF their songs became the soundtracks of movies.
